Shipping & delivery

Standard delivery (South Africa): 3–5 business days — R 80 flat rate. Free on orders over R 800.

Express delivery: 1–2 business days — R 150. Available in Gauteng, Western Cape, and KwaZulu-Natal.

Courier partners: We ship via The Courier Guy and Aramex. You will receive a tracking number by WhatsApp or email once dispatched.

International shipping: Currently shipping to Zimbabwe, Botswana, and Namibia — R 350 flat rate, 7–14 business days. More countries coming soon.

Orders placed before 12:00 (noon) are dispatched the same day (Monday–Friday).
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day.
Threesixty is not responsible for delays caused by the courier after dispatch.
If your order is lost in transit, contact us within 14 days and we will investigate.

Returns & exchanges

We want you to love every Threesixty piece. If something isn't right, here's how we handle it:

Returns: Items can be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided they are unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags attached.

Exchanges: Want a different size or colour? Contact us within 14 days and we'll arrange an exchange subject to availability.

Refunds: Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Sale items and limited-edition pieces are non-returnable.
Return shipping is at the customer's cost unless the item is faulty or incorrectly sent.
To initiate a return, WhatsApp us with your order number and photos of the item.
Items must be returned in their original condition — we reserve the right to reject items that show signs of wear.

Pay directly into our bank account. Order is confirmed once payment reflects. Banking details provided at checkout.

Scan our QR code to pay instantly in-person or we can send a payment link.

Lay-by

Pay in up to 3 instalments over 30 days. Items held once a 50% deposit is received. Contact us to arrange.

Threesixty Clothing, owned by Mpho Ntokeng, is committed to protecting your personal information in accordance with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA), Act 4 of 2013 of South Africa.

Information we collect: Name, email address, phone number, delivery address, and payment information necessary to process your order.

How we use your information:

To process and fulfil your order.
To send delivery updates and tracking information.
To send drop announcements and promotions — only with your explicit consent.
To respond to customer service enquiries.

We will never: sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.

Data security: Payment data is processed securely via PayFast — we do not store card details on our systems.

Your rights under POPIA: You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal information at any time. Contact us at hello@threesixty.store.

Cookies: Our website may use basic cookies to improve your browsing experience. No third-party tracking cookies are used.

Terms of sale

By placing an order with Threesixty Clothing you agree to the following terms and conditions:

All prices are listed in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT at 15%.
Orders are confirmed only upon receipt of full payment.
Threesixty reserves the right to cancel orders if items are out of stock — a full refund will be issued within 5 business days.
Product colours may vary slightly from screen to screen due to photography and display settings.
Threesixty is not liable for loss or damage caused by incorrect delivery addresses provided by the customer.
Lay-by arrangements are available — items are held for a maximum of 30 days pending full payment. Deposits are non-refundable if the order is cancelled.
Threesixty reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of any updates.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
Any disputes will be resolved in a court of competent jurisdiction in Johannesburg, Gauteng.

Threesixty pieces are cut for a relaxed, unisex fit. If you're between sizes we recommend sizing up. All measurements are in centimetres.

You can order directly from our website store page, or message us on WhatsApp with the item name, size and colour. We'll send you payment details and confirm your order once payment is received.
